Standard conditions for delivery of goods ordered at WWW.ZIPPO.BG

The standard delivery conditions apply unless other special conditions are mentioned in the delivery methods when finalizing the order.

​The delivery of all products ordered through Zippo.bg is delivered via the courier company SPEEDY, ECONT or an employee of Zippo.bg (for the city of Sofia).

All times listed below are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays are possible due to the current schedule of courier companies.

During the finalization of your order, you have the option of choosing several delivery options for the products you ordered:

 * Delivery by Zippo.bg courier - only for the city of Sofia (For purchases over BGN 49.99 - FREE, for purchases up to BGN 49.00 - BGN 4.90) - Order processing and delivery takes place within 2-3 working days days by a courier, an employee of Zippo.bg. Standard delivery when ordering products and services over BGN 49.99 is FREE, and when ordering products and services up to BGN 49.99 it is BGN 4.90 including VAT and is charged to the order itself. You can pay for your order in cash or with a bank card (Zippo.bg couriers have POS terminals).

Deliveries are made to an exact address from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of delivery on Saturday to a courier's office. For the city of Sofia, we also offer delivery on Saturdays to an exact address with our courier.

* All shipments travel with an "see it before payment" option and insurance.

* Delivery by courier companies SPEEDY and ECONT (For purchases over BGN 49.99 - FREE, for purchases up to BGN 49.99 - BGN 4.90) - Order processing and delivery takes place within 2-3 working days. Standard delivery when ordering products and services over BGN 49.99 is FREE, and when ordering products and services up to BGN 49.99 it is BGN 4.90 including VAT and is charged to the order itself. You can choose delivery to an exact address or delivery to a courier office. You can pay for your order in cash or with a bank card (Speedy and ECONT couriers have POS terminals)

* Express delivery by courier on Zippo.bg - only for the city of Sofia (BGN 9.99) - If you place an order by 12:00 on a working day, you can also choose the option for express delivery, which will be carried out by 18:00 hours on the same working day. The service is offered only for orders received by 12:00, with a delivery address in the city of Sofia. Delivery is carried out by Zippo.bg courier. The fee for express delivery is BGN 9.99.

  * Receiving an order on site in our shops (Penshop.bg) (BGN 0.00) - For all customers who have the opportunity to visit our stores, we also offer the option of receiving your order in our stores - completely free of charge and without any delivery charges. In order to receive your order, it must be requested in advance. The receipt of an order from our stores takes place after prior confirmation by an employee of Zippo.bg. The delivery takes place at the location you selected when finalizing the order - "Mladost 1" store, "Graf Ignatiev" store or Paradise Mall store.

* All shipments travel with an "open before payment" option and insurance.

Product Returns

Zippo products are made with quality and integrity. If you feel that you need to return an item that you have purchased on this website based on the instructions below, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order and we will refund you the amount paid. return within 14 days, they must be unused and in commercial form, also in their original packaging, as well as with an accompanying receipt - original or photo (in the case of a partial return of an order).
Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned for service.
If you purchased your Zippo product from an authorized Zippo retailer, please contact that retailer for details of their return policy. We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased from retail outlets.

 Refund Process

Refunds can be made through
1. Cash on delivery - if you send the package to us by cash on delivery, we will pay the amount to the courier. Receiving the amount from the courier is a commitment of your bilateral relationship between you and the courier company. It is necessary to send the package with the "View" option so that we can check the package and the availability of the documents according to the order.
2. By bank transfer - You can send the parcel back to us via a courier company. Refunds will be made within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Allow 1 more working day for bank processing of the payment if your bank is different from KBC Bank Bulgaria. For the return of amounts by bank transfer, it is necessary to provide in writing to sales@zippo.bg your IBAN (It is not possible to refund amount on accounts with a holder different from the name in the order)

Credit Card Refunds

If your order was initially paid with a bank card online, the refund must be made with a reverse transaction to the same card. It is not possible to return amounts in cash or to a bank account. 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURN
