Product Returns

Zippo products are made with quality and integrity. If you feel that you need to return an item that you have purchased on this website based on the instructions below, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the order and we will refund you the amount paid. return within 14 days, they must be unused and in commercial form, also in their original packaging, as well as with an accompanying receipt - original or photo (in the case of a partial return of an order).
Merchandise damaged by abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear or lack of reasonable care is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty and cannot be returned for service.
If you purchased your Zippo product from an authorized Zippo retailer, please contact that retailer for details of their return policy. We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased from retail outlets.

     Refund Process

    Refunds can be made through
    1. Cash on delivery - if you send the package to us by cash on delivery, we will pay the amount to the courier. Receiving the amount from the courier is a commitment of your bilateral relationship between you and the courier company. It is necessary to send the package with the "View" option so that we can check the package and the availability of the documents according to the order.
    2. By bank transfer - You can send the parcel back to us via a courier company. Refunds will be made within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Allow 1 more working day for bank processing of the payment if your bank is different from KBC Bank Bulgaria. For the return of amounts by bank transfer, it is necessary to provide in writing to sales@zippo.bg your IBAN (It is not possible to refund amount on accounts with a holder different from the name in the order)

    Credit Card Refunds

    If your order was initially paid with a bank card online, the refund must be made with a reverse transaction to the same card. It is not possible to return amounts in cash or to a bank account.
