1. How can I place an order?
- You can place an order for a product using the online store system. Through it, you can select a product according to your criteria, add it to the "Cart" and perform several quick steps to finalize the order. You can also place an order by email or phone call (on working days from 09:00 to 18:00).
2. How can I register on the site?
- You can register on the site by following the "Login" or "Registration" buttons. Registered users can create orders much faster, store shipping addresses, and also track their order history. You can also register during the creation of your order, where you will see the options for registration or for a "guest" order.
3. It is too complicated for me to place an order through the online store. Is it possible to place an order in another way?
- We are at your disposal to accept your order or to consult you by: email at firstname.lastname@example.org, phone call at 0875 325 158 or by message on our Facebook page.
4. Is it possible to deliver with a courier company other than Speedy and Econt?
- We normally deliver orders via courier company Speedy (to an exact address or office of Speedy) or via courier company Econt (to office), under conditions of free delivery for orders over BGN 39. If you wish, we can send the order and with another courier company, in which case all delivery charges with your chosen courier are entirely at the expense of the recipient/guarantor. Charges for delivery with other couriers are determined by the respective courier company and are usually indicated on their web pages.
5. I received the product from my order but I don't like it, how can I return or exchange it?
- Our mission is to be as fair as possible to each of our clients. We respect the opinion and wishes of each and every one of our clients. If the received product does not meet your expectations or you wish to return it for another personal reason, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order for us to accept the product, it is necessary that it be indistinguishable from new (in its original commercial form). Please note that in these cases, all fees for returning the product are at your expense (this does not apply to defective products that are returned and replaced with the same item - in this case, the shipping costs are at the expense of Pen Shop Group EOOD ).
6. My friend has a birthday in 5 days, I want to buy a present from you. Will I be able to get it in time if I order today?
- Orders received by noon on a working day are usually shipped the same day. If you place an order after lunch, it will be sent to you the next working day. Allow another 1-2 days for delivery to your place of residence. Or in summary, the order is delivered to you within up to 3 working days (Saturday and Sunday are non-working days). The additional engraving service does not delay the execution of orders. You can read all order delivery options in our "Delivery" section.
7. I am abroad and want to give a gift to a relative in Bulgaria. Is this possible?
- Of course. Our online stores are available worldwide (in Bulgarian) and provide the possibility for a number of electronic payments. In this way, you can place and pay for an order from abroad, specifying a person of your choice as recipient. We will prepare the order and deliver it to the recipient you specify. Since almost all orders of this type are intended for gifting, we can send a document (order printout) that does not contain any price information. In this way, the recipient will only see the guarantor and the merchant delivering the order.
It is possible, at the customer's request, to deliver a shipment on a predetermined day (other than Sundays and national holidays). If you place an order for delivery to another person and want it to be delivered on a specific day, you can contact us after ordering and we will arrange delivery on the correct day (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
8. Replica Zippo lighters can be found in some stores. Are your products genuine?
- All products offered at Zippo.bg are original and authentic. Pen Shop Group EOOD is the official representative of the Zipop brand for Bulgaria. All parts purchased from us or from our dealers are original.
9. We wish to purchase a larger quantity of the product you are offering. Can we get a tax invoice? Can we get a discount?
- We always strive to meet the desire and demand of each and every customer. We are available to discuss a competitive and motivating wholesale discount. For most of the products, we can also offer a full range of company customization and branding (circulation engraving, screen printing, pad printing, transfer printing, pregge printing and others).
- The prices in our online store are in Bulgarian leva with VAT included, and a tax invoice can be issued if the client wishes.
